Warranty
The Carry-Play™ comes with a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects that result in the product being unsafe to use, or dysfunctional.
The warranty does not apply to:
a) cosmetic damages such as scratches, material discolouration,
b) damage caused by accident, abuse, or any other external cause
c) defects caused by normal wear and tear
To claim your warranty, please email us dalyns.sg@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order invoice or number, along with a description of how the damage occurred.
Depending on the results of our assessment, we reserve the right to:
- repair or replace goods (or part of them)
- resupply or fix a problem with services (or part of them)
Depending on the situation, we may also require the product to be sent back to us. Note that we do not cover the cost of return.
