Warranty
Milkbrew 2.0 comes with a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects that result in the product being unsafe to use, or dysfunctional. The 12-month warranty will start from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not apply to misuse, mishandling, failure to follow operational instructions on installation, maintenance and use, abuse, alteration, involvement in an accident, battery leakage and normal wear and tear.
Depending on the results of our assessment, we reserve the right to:
- provide a 1 to 1 exchange
- repair or replace goods (or part of them)
- resupply or fix a problem with services (or part of them)
Depending on the situation, we may also require the product to be sent back to our us. Note that we do not cover the cost of return.
Please note that we strictly do not accept the request for refunds once the product has been used.
To claim your warranty, please email to dalyns.sg@gmail.com or whatsapp us with photos of the damage and your order invoice or number, along with a description of how the damage occurred. Please ensure that you have registered the warranty prior otherwise, we reserve the right to reject your claim.
